How do I exchange or return an item?
Email info@elmonttoronto.com with your name, your order number (e.g., #0000), and the reason for the return. We will provide the return address and confirm the steps. You can then send the package back using the carrier of your choice.

What are the return conditions?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. A return is accepted if:
1. the 14-day period has not been exceeded;
2. the item is in its original packaging with all tags attached;
3. the item has not been worn, used, or damaged.
