Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

After cancelling your order, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Once the return is approved, you will be refunded the full amount of your order.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 15 minutes of being placed, provided that processing has not yet started.

After this period, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still exercise your legal 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your order.

Only the return shipping costs from the customer’s address to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ Please note: returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia.

Return shipping costs are approximately €15 per package (please consult your chosen carrier for the exact rate).

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories included and, where possible, in its original condition and packaging.
